The Site is a free directory of pharmacies operating in Malta. We compile public information from Google Places API and other public sources to help residents and visitors locate pharmacy services. The Site is informational only and is not affiliated with any government health authority, pharmacy chain, or regulatory body.

The Site does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Listings of pharmacies, services, and opening hours are informational. Always consult a licensed pharmacist, physician, or qualified healthcare provider before making any health-related decisions.

We use automated tools to keep pharmacy listings up to date, but information may change without notice. Opening hours, services, contact numbers, and 24-hour status can change at short notice. Always call ahead before travelling to a pharmacy. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any listing and accept no liability for decisions made on the basis of Site content.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, harvest, or copy the Site's data for commercial redistribution without prior written consent.
• Use the Site to engage in any unlawful activity or violate the rights of others.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the Site's operation.
• Impersonate any pharmacy, business, or individual on the Site.

The Site contains advertisements served by Google AdSense and links to external websites (pharmacy websites, Google Maps, etc.). We do not endorse and are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third party. Visiting external sites is at your own risk.

Pharmacy listings include public business information. The Site's design, layout, original copy, and software are © Malta Pharmacy Guide. Pharmacy names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Malta Pharmacy Guide shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site — including reliance on any listing, opening hours, contact information, or third-party content.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malta. Any disputes arising in connection with the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Maltese courts.
